y It is not permitted to use a press for the removal or re-fitting of the

BS It is also not recommended to remove pulley from one Pump and re-fit to

ees 1) Order a new pulley at the same time as the order is placed for a pump. F:
= bs 5 2) To fit the pulley, heat the pulley boss to a” temperature approaching .. =
r = oe "cherry red", then slip on to puiley shaft. If the shaft snould heat , re
alin up before the pulley..can be pushed fully home, use a Suitably sized ~~. i
£™ » bolt (Z" U.N.G.)- and asher as screw press, using the drilled and
tr iY “tapped hole in the shaft made for the purpose.
