The correct camshafts and cam bearing assemblies for SAAB
99 2.0 liter engines are given below.

* Please note that as from 8/78, P/N 83-53-518 is Superseded
to P/N 83-56-719 plus cam 83-58-186. If only the cam is
needed, P/N 83-52-254 will still be available for some time
for 73-74 99's. Cam 83-58-186 has the same lobe profile,
but the ramps are longer, giving quieter valve operation.
Bearing 83-56-719 must be used with 83-58-186. Approval of
this alternate cam for 73-74 99's has been granted by EPA.
